Chicago Textile Week highlights the vast and innovative work happening in textiles spanning interiors, architecture, fine arts, craft, and fashion. In its third year, CTW is expanding its network by holding events in more neighborhoods, curating an art exhibition at the Merchandise Mart and making intentional connections on Chicago's South and West sides. The MART will be the hub of this year’s CTW, featuring an artist exhibition, artists “in-residence” at participating design showrooms, and panel discussions. TheMART will host a celebration of Chicago Textile Week’s continued work toward further supporting Chicagoans working across and alongside the field of textiles.

Join us on Wednesday evening for the CTW artist exhibition reception, curated by Erica Warren, John Harness, and Amanda Harth. The showroom crawl will begin 4-6pm, starting on the 10th floor. At 6pm, we will convene at Marshall’s Landing for a brief curator-led introduction of the exhibition, with festivities to continue until 10pm.
