Flag Feast is a vibrant installation of artist-designed flags exploring themes of identity, place, culture, and celebration. Suspended overhead in Terminal 3's Hall of Flags, the colorful display welcomes travelers to Chicago while showcasing the work of local and nationally recognized artists and designers.
Presented by the Design Museum of Chicago, the project highlights the power of design to shape shared public experiences. Originally debuting at Navy Pier's Field Day before traveling to the Taste of Chicago, Flag Feast continues to engage audiences through installations across the city. The project was made possible with support from the Terra Foundation for American Art, the City of Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE), and Pride Flags.
