The Quarantine Series
Before the Journal Series, there was the Quarantine Series, consisting of 51 weavings that documented Bibbs's time at home during the COVID-19 shelter-in-place in 2020. Because of this series, she realized how much she enjoyed a daily practice that served as a visual record of time. This realization reminded Bibbs of her handwritten journals, which led her to begin the Journal Series in July 2020.
